Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je vykon\u00e1vat alespo\u0148 t\u0159ikr\u00e1t za t\u00fdden n\u011bjakou formu aerobn\u00edho pohybu. Je jedno, jestli se bude jednat o vytrvalostn\u00ed b\u011bh, j\u00edzdu na kole, kole\u010dkov\u00fdch brusl\u00edch nebo o proch\u00e1zky ve svi\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm tempu. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je se t\u00e9to \u010dinnosti v\u011bnovat v\u011bt\u0161inu dn\u00ed v t\u00fddnu v dostate\u010dn\u011b dlouh\u00fdch intervalech.
